Creature Cards are a game mechanic that allows the player to view unique information about Creatures.

The collection menu can be found in the DATA tab of the player's SCA.B. Each unique card will display a creature's tier, weaknesses, resistances, and weak points, as well as a description of the creature and the amount of times the player has killed it. While in PEEP.R mode, the player can collect these cards by hovering their view over the body of a creature (dead or alive) and pressing XBOX Right Bumper on Console, or PC E Key on PC. Each card has a chance, on collection, to be a Gold Card.

Gold Cards[]

There is a rare chance for the player to obtain a gold variant of Creature Cards when harvesting a creature's remains. Gold Cards are needed to progress the Trapper PEEP.R Mutation.

Special Cases[]

Gold Cards from ordinary creatures have a 1% chance of being obtained from corpses. Repeatable Bosses and the Meaty Gnat cards have a 10% chance of being obtained from respective corpses. The Infected Broodmother, while being a repeatable boss, has only a 5% chance of being obtain from its corpse. Bosses that can only be fought once (Assistant Manager, Director Schmector, Mant) will always drop their Gold Card on death, regardless of if they've been PEEPed beforehand. The Crow, Koi Fish, Red Ant Queen, Black Ant Queen, Fire Ant Queen, and Infected Ant Queen's gold card will be obtained as soon as the player peeps them for the first time. The Baby Red Ant, Baby Black Ant, and Baby Fire Ant's gold card is obtained if the player feeds their respective queens their "good" food variant.

Gold cards cannot be obtained by simply PEEPing a creature, with the only excepts being the Crow, Koi Fish, Red Ant Queen, Black Ant Queen, Fire Ant Queen, and Infected Ant Queen.

If a Gold Card has not been obtained from them already, robotic enemies will always drop one if they are the last of their type in the Backyard. This does not count ARC.Rs and TAYZ.Ts participating in raids.

Every New Game+ Cycle, all creature's chances for dropping a gold card increases.
