The Crow Crossbow is a Tier 2 ranged weapon that is unique. It is a 2-handed weapon. Compared to normal bows such as the Sprig Bow and Insect Bow, it does large amounts of damage compared to its counterparts. To counter this, the crossbow has a slower reload time than normal bows. Once it fires a shot, the player will also receive the Rough Reload effect, reducing damage of shots by 80% and stamina cost by 30% for 2.3 seconds.
Blocking while the Crow Crossbow is reloading allows it to instantly fire again, however, the Rough Reload effect still lasts the same amount of time and all effects of it apply if fired early.
