Flooded Zone

The Flooded Zone is a set of swamp-like biomes found on the east and west sides of the yard. The swampy terrain was likely created by the two sprinklers found in either of the biomes. The area is the primary source of Clay in Grounded.

Eastern Flooded Zone

Eastern Flooded Zone Category Biomes - Surface Biomes Unique Resources Clay (Large Amounts) The Eastern Flooded Zone is the larger of the two Flooded Zones currently in-game. It has many similar features to the Western Flooded Zone, but has some notable differences. Overview The Eastern Flooded Zone is a large biome bordering the Hedge. It's mostly covered in deep water ponds, which host large amounts of Clay and also contain hostile Water Fleas. The southern area is the most water-bound section of the area, containing deep pools of water and many Water Fleas. Contrary to this section of the biome, the northern section has much more land and also naturally spawns Larva or rarely Ladybugs. The section of this area bordering the Flower Bed also contains dangerous creatures, such as Bombardier Beetles and Orb Weavers. This area also contains the Squirts Carton and the entrance to the Berry Outpost. This Flooded Zone also features Berry Chunks in the area bordering the Hedge, but it's recommended to collect berries in the Hedge first. Western Flooded Zone

Western Flooded Zone Category Biomes - Surface Biomes Unique Resources Clay (Large Amounts) The Western Flooded Zone is the smaller of the two Flooded Zones that borders the Stepping Stones and seeps inside it. It contains much less resources and creatures than the Eastern Flooded Zone. Overview The Western Flooded Zone is mostly water-bound near the stepping stones, while the rest is mostly on land and contains many Gnats and Mosquitos in this area as well as a large Garden Gnome looking over the whole region. The water section under the stones contains many water passages and small land patches, but not much resources and no dangerous creatures like the Water Flea found in the eastern zone. The biome does also contain less clay than the Eastern Flooded Zone, so it is recommended to go there to collect large amounts of clay.
