An example of a Game Report Card
The Game Report Card is a feature seen once the player has beaten the game. It calculates the overall percent of the game the player has completed in their playthrough. It will also show the amount of days spent in the save, the amount of Creatures killed, the amount of Grass cut, the total amount of perfect blocks preformed, and the total deaths. If the player manages to get 100% on the card, they will unlock a special Achievement.

A completed Game Report Card
To get 100% on the card, the player needs a multitude of items collected, challenges conquered, and creatures slain. The complete list of things needed in order to achieve 100% is:
- All BURG.L Science Shop unlocks purchased. ("Monthly Exclusive" unlocks not required) ("Dimensional Anomalies" unlocks not required unless in New Game+)
- All Creature Cards. (Baby Ant Cards, Gold Cards, and Dimensional Anomalies not required)
- All Data Items collected. (Infected Gum Sandwich and Infected Toejam Sandwich recipe notes not required)
- All Landmarks discovered.
- All Milk Molars collected. (New Game+ molars not required unless in New Game+)
- All MIX.Rs beaten.
- All SCA.B Flavor Schemes collected.
- Max Brainpower.
- Defeating Director Schmector.
- Defeating the Hedge Broodmother.
- Defeating the Mantis.
- Defeating the Wasp Queen.
- Defeating the Infected Broodmother.
Notes[]
- The total amount of Milk Molars is 78, and the Mega Milk Molars being 45.
- The total amount of Raw Science for all BURG.L unlocks is 140,100 in total, which is more than the amount that is obtainable in the world, requiring the player to do quests for BURG.L.
- The player is not required to:
- Scan all rotten items.
- Pick up any raw science.
- Unlock any mutations.
- Unlock all gold cards.
- Befriend any ant queen.
