The Intern Badge is a tier 2 trinket found in a skeleton in the Upper Grasslands, in a small cave under the cap of the abandoned Milk Molar Bottle in the area. It is blocked by some Dead Roots, meaning a tier 3 chopping tool is needed.
When equipped, it increases the players Hauling Strength by 15 planks. Its tradeoff, however, is that it reduces the players overall movement speed by 30%.
