It's Just a Scratch is a tutorial quest that the player will start if they take substantial damage from anything. It tasks them with crafting a Fiber Bandage to heal the player.

For the player to complete the quest, the player needs to unlock the recipe for the bandage, preferably from analyzing Plant Fiber. After unlocking the recipe, the player needs more Plant Fiber and some Sap, which the player can collect on the leaning branch on the Baseball. Using these items, the player can craft a bandage and use it to heal.
