Dealing damage with the Larva Blade applies Poison to the target, dealing 8 damage every 3 seconds for 15 seconds. This does not stack.

Upgrading the Larva Blade to level 6 (Mighty) at a Smithing Station imbues it with the Finale Damage effect. This effect increases the damage of the 3rd hit in the attack combo by 10%.

A rotten variant of the Larva Blade can be found near the house's porch under a Billy Hog tray filled with Sprigs.
