The Left Elf Charm is a tier 2 trinket that is in a chest inside a Koi Pond outpost located just outside the Pond Dome. When equipped, provides a 10% chance to repair a shields durability by 25 points when blocking attacks with it.
It can be combined with the Right Elf Charm to create Sarah's Charm.
