Milk Molars

Milk Molars are a mechanic that allows the player to upgrade their stats such as max health, stamina, water and food drain, and more. Milk Molars are found throughout the world in hidden areas and require an Insect Hammer or Black Ox Hammer to bust them. Due to the fact that ones in water cannot be busted with a hammer, they will commonly be found pre-opened, but surrounded by Soggy Root. To open those you need a Bone Dagger a Spider Fang Dagger or a Widow Dagger. A rarer variant called the Mega Milk Molar can be found in hidden areas as well, but these variants upgrade stats that affect all players that join the game. There are 78 Milk Molars scattered around the yard, along with 45 Mega Milk Molars hidden for the player to discover.

When entering New Game +, Milk Molar upgrades get reset to level 0, but the bonuses granted do not, meaning that you can buy the upgrades again and increase your stats even further with each remix. Mega Milk Molar upgrades do not reset at all.

Upgrades can be purchased from BURG.L as soon as the player saves him and finds a single molar. These upgrades will unlock permanent stat boosts.

	In the Ball Cave on a dirt ledge. It is reached via balancing on a ball in the cave and moving it to the ledge.
