When equipped, it applies the +Life Steal effect. Dealing damage with the Mosquito Needle heals the player for 6% of the damage dealt to the target.
Upgrading the Mosquito Needle to level 6 (Mighty) at a Smithing Station imbues it with the +Attack Stamina effect. This effect reduces the amount of stamina required to attack by 50%.
