The Mysterious Lab is the final lab in the game, located beneath the Castle Moldorc Playset. It holds the final story related boss of the game, Director Schmector.
Walkthrough[]
Entering The Lab[]
To enter the lab, the player needs to actually reach Castle Moldorc in the Moldorc Highlands. To reach the area, the player needs to build to it. The player needs to build to it by using floors or other methods, as there is no natural way to reach the castle. The best spot to build from is the back, as there are few patrolling Tiger Mosquitos. Once the player has reached the castle, they can go into the mouth of the castle and into the breach at the bottom. This will lead to the lab. The lab will be locked unless the player has Dr. Wendell Tully with them, which will start some dialogue of BURG.L hacking into the lab and opening it.
Inside The Lab[]
Once the lab is open, there will be one room with some O.R.C. Fire Worker Ants and some O.R.C. Receivers, as well as a chest with some loot. Once past this room is a hallway, showing many contained O.R.C. Creatures in little pods. At the end of this hallway is an arena for the final boss, Director Schmector, which will be summoned by pressing the button in the middle of the room and either exhausting his dialogue or selecting the "fight" option. For tips on the fight, see his page. Once he is defeated, the player will obtain the Ominent Data Disk and will have completed the lab.
Exiting The Lab[]
The exit of the hole that the Mysterious Lab is located in can be found by climbing atop the initial entrance of the lab, and then climbing the stick on top of the lab which leads to a lab door that will bring you to the exit located beneath the Castle Moldorc Playset.
