The Poison Toejam Sandwich is a special item that allows the player to kill the Fire Ant Queen when fed to it. It can be unlocked by finding the Poison Toejam Sandwich recipe, which is found in the Fire Anthill. It can be found by taking the Jungle Anthill entrance, which is the one marked by Yoked Girths body. From this entrance, proceed forward till the crossroads and take a right and break the Dead Roots. The recipe will be found leaning on the pillar deeper in the room.
When fed, the Fire Ant Queen will be die, causing the Ant Friend Offerings to disappear. The player can also loot the Fire Ant Queen for Fire Ant Queen Chunks, Fire Ant Queen Pheromones, and a Fire Ant Queen Head. The room behind the Fire Ant Queen will also open, holding a large amount of Supreme Quartzite Shards.
It can only be used once, and using it locks the player out of feeding the Fire Ant Queen any other options of Toejam Sandwich.
