The Pucker Thumper is a Tier 3, two-handed Club. It deals Sour damage. It is a sour variant of the Mint Mace, only available after starting the 2nd cycle of New Game+.
Upgrading the Pucker Thumper to level 6 at a Smithing Station imbues it with the Finale Aftershock effect. After landing the 3rd hit in the attack combo, this effect emits an AoE shockwave that deals 35 damage and inflicts 25 stun to targets.
