The Rotten Berry Charm is a tier 3 trinket that, when equipped, gives Rotten Equipment a 20% chance to unleash a cloud of rot that Poisons targets, similar to the Mother Demon Armor's set bonus.
It is found in the Berry Outpost in the hallway to the right on top of a smashed berry.
