Rotten Equipment are weaker variants of common tools/armor that can be found in specific areas and are one of a kind. These items normally have weaker stats than their normal variants, but can be analyzed to unlock their normal variants. Rotten Tools can inherit Damage Augments, but Rotten Armors cannot go down the Sleek path for their armors unique ability. Rotten Armors also lack a set bonus.
Rotten Weapons can get a extra poison cloud attack when the player is using the Rotten Berry Charm trinket, similar to the set bonus of the Mother Demon Armor.
