The Rusty Spear is a Tier 3, one-handed Spear that deals Stabbing damage. It can be used underwater.
When equipped, it applies the Infection effect. Dealing damage with the Rusty Spear decreases the target's attack speed and attack damage by 10% for 10 seconds. This does not stack.
Upgrading the Rusty Spear to level 6 (Mighty) at a Smithing Station imbues it with the Finale Damage effect. This effect increases the damage of the 3rd hit in the attack combo by 10%.
