Salt Shards are a Natural Resource found primarily in Antlion Burrows. They require at least a Tier 2 Insect Hammer to harvest. They are needed to repair the Salt Morning Star and are used to craft salt related items.
It can sometimes be obtainable as loot from the Holiday Tree, during December.
