Spending Science is a tutorial quest that tasks the player with simply buying a upgrade from the Science Shop in the ASL Terminal. It is a very simple and short quest.
Walkthrough[]
After saving BURG.L and exhausting his dialogue, go to the ASL Terminal and purchase one of any of the upgrades. That will simply complete the quest.
