Sturdy Quartzite Shards are a stronger variant of Brittle Quartzite Shards. It is only used for weapon upgrades at the Smithing Station. These shards can be obtained in both node form and item form, primarily in the Sandbox and the Upper Yard.
Sturdy Quartzite Shards can be found in sturdy and supreme Quartzite nodes that require an Insect Hammer and Black Ox Hammer to harvest, respectively.
All sources of Sturdy Quartzite Shards are finite and do not respawn.
