The Tick Macuahuitl is a Tier 3, one-handed Sword that deals Slashing damage.

When equipped, it applies the +Life Steal effect. Dealing damage with the Tick Macuahuitl heals the player for 6% of the damage dealt to the target.

Upgrading the Tick Macuahuitl to level 6 (Mighty) at a Smithing Station imbues it with the Finale Damage effect. This effect increases the damage of the 3rd hit in the attack combo by 10%.

Trivia

• The weapon's name is pronounced "Mak-wa-Hwee-Til."
• In real life, this weapon was created by the Mesoamericans, and was made by inlaying and gluing sharp triangular flakes of obsidian into a narrow groove on each edge of a wooden club shaped like a cricket bat. The shards were designed to break off in the wound, and were designed to be replaced.
  • The in-game model does actually not represent a Macuahuitl at all. It is designed after a Leiomano sword. A shark teeth sword used in Polynesia.
• It does the third-least damage out of the Tier III weapons, with only the Tiger Mosquito Rapier and the Widow Dagger dealing less.
